This weeks Depth of Field features the work of UK photographer David Nightingale.

"Most of my photography centres around two related aims: to capture something of the way that I see the world - the things around me that might otherwise be overlooked, my family, those things that are important to me, and so on - and second, to recreate the world as I would like to see it. Sometimes these aims coalesce, and at other times I manage one or the other, but what they both share is a commitment to photography as a creative rather than representational process; image making rather than image taking."
